Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

The Only Jane offers ground shipping through UPS at a flat rate of $8 for all clothing orders and $5 for all bandana orders placed in the United States.

Expedited 2-day shipping is offered at a flat rate of $35 to all states, except Hawaii and Alaska. Expedited shipping to those two states is calculated at checkout.

International orders are shipped via DHL 2-Day Express Worldwide. The cost is calculated at checkout and does not include duties and/or taxes. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the required duties/taxes.

Jane currently does not ship orders from/to APO Addresses.

A signature is not required at delivery unless requested. The Only Jane is not responsible for packages delivered without a signature.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are not accepted on the Signature Anchor Charm and all Sale items marked 50% off or more. These items are final sale. Sale items marked less than 50% off are eligible for an exchange only, assuming sizes are available.

All garments can be exchanged or returned for a full refund on the original form of payment if postmarked within 10 days of receiving. All full-price orders include a prepaid shipping label to use for exchanges/returns. Items must be returned in their original condition. The Only Jane has the right to refuse exchanges and returns that do not meet these requirements.

Returns will be processed swiftly and are subject to a $12 processing fee.

All orders are shipped in a box made of post-consumer paper stock. This box can be recycled. Please reuse it if you can. Thank you for choosing to shop at The Only Jane.
