Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

The Only Jane offers ground shipping through UPS at a flat rate of $8 on all orders placed in the United States, except Hawaii and Alaska ($10).

Expedited 2-day shipping is offered at a flat rate of $35 to all states, except Hawaii and Alaska. Expedited shipping to those two states is calculated at checkout  

Orders placed internationally are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide. The cost is calculated at checkout and does not include duty and/or taxes. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the required duties/taxes. 

Jane currently does not accept or ship orders from/to APO Addresses.

A signature is not required at delivery unless requested. The Only Jane is not responsible for packages delivered without a signature.

RETURNS

All full price garments can be returned for a refund on the original form of payment if postmarked within 10 days of receiving. Exchanges can be made free of charge. Returns are subject to a $12 processing fee. Items must be returned in their original condition to be refunded or exchanged. The Only Jane has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Please email info@theonlyjane.com to initiate a return or exchange. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. 

Prepaid shipping labels are provided for all returns and exchanges. Labels are included with all full price purchases. Email info@theonlyjane.com if you require a prepaid label. 

All sale items marked 30% - 50% off may be exchanged, but not returned. Exceptions will be made only if the size required for an exchange is out of stock.  

Anchor Charms and all sale items marked 70% - 80% off are Final Sale.

All orders are shipped in a box made of post-consumer paper stock. This box can be recycled. Please reuse it if you can.
